The UM System has many services and resources available to support employees. In addition, a series of resources is also available to provide supervisors with the guidance they need to help their teams identify solutions to work-related issues. The Employee and Labor Relations team has compiled the resources below to help UM System faculty and staff address challenges stemming from or affecting work or otherwise support them in resolving work-related concerns.

Equity Resources (Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation, Title IX)

Claims of discrimination or harassment based on protected class, including claims of sexual misconduct, should be directed to the Title IX Coordinators/Equity Officers at your university. Equity Officers are listed in HR-102 Equal Opportunity Program.

Faculty, staff and students can also report bias incidents the Bias Hotline at biashotline.ethicspoint.com or (844) 946-1837. This hotline does not replace other methods for reporting concerns, but is simply another option.
